OSCI Working Group

Open Source Contributor Index serves as a reference for the global open source community, providing insights into industry trends and commercial engagement using GitHub contribution data. Follow link to view the official OSCI repository and learn more about how the index works.

The OSCI Working Group hosts collaboration and discussion from open source experts and community members on the topic of metrics focus on the measurement of organizations' engagements in open source.

As the maintainers of OSCI, at EPAM we believe that better software makes great business sense. Recognising global collaboration and contributions to open source remains our key motivation behind OSCI.

The OSCI Working Group is in this sense, an opportunity to have an open conversation between community experts about the state of open source in the corporate world and how we can recognise the leaders in open source contribution.

Join the OSCI Working Group mailing list to receive community updates and be invited into our working group sessions.

🌈 Community Meetings

Each month we host public OSCI Working Group meetings virtually. On these calls we discuss OSCI-related topics, commercial organizations involvement in open source development and associated metrics and analysis of global contributions.
