Aerotech Ensemble unable to move off of limit switch #102

Aerotech Ensemble controllers can get stuck on a limit switch due to the following behaviors:

the motor record stops a requested move if the problem bit is set
the ensemble driver sets the problem bit when a fault occurs (hitting a limit switch is a fault condition)
the command used by the ensemble driver no longer clears limit faults while the limit is still active (this may have been different in older versions of the ensemble firmware)
