HmIP Heating Devices DURATION_VALUE XML-RPC

According to the Paramset Description of many HmIP Devices, e. g. HmIP eTRV(-2) it should be possible to set the DURATION_VALUE as well as the DURATION_UNIT. But when making a call, the CCU does not throw an error, but also does not update the values. So it seems like changing these Values via XML-RPC is ignored by the CCU.

The problem came up and is described in ioBroker/ioBroker.hm-rpc#166
