A user reported intermittent issues with creating a project:

@chefgs I see that your workflow is using equinix-labs/metal-project-action@main. While we strive to keep the main branch free of issues (and we will need to fix this one before the next release), we recommend sticking to a released version of the action for best results. Can you see if using equinix-labs/metal-project-action@v0.14.1 unblocks your work?

I've also opened an issue against our GitHub Actions workshop to remove references to main there, since it's almost guaranteed to make workflows break unexpectedly over time.
