Users could potentially run terraform init -from-module=equinix/template as a simple way to get started from the command line using this GH repo without using Github forking.

Are there limitations to this approach?
What is the exact command and experience?
Do we need to tag this project first?
Does that tag effect new projects created from this repo?

If the README.md were to be updated with these instructions, could we remove them when a GH project is created from template?
