Collect and document the list of deprecations

This list is growing longer and we should aim for a major release in which they are executed, i.e. fmu-dataio 3.0. We should give some reasonable examples of these changes. We should also aim for a time in which we stop deprecating things for fmu-dataio 3.0.

These things should be collected into a documentation page.
