Upgrade to Cypress 9.0 not recommended as per discussions with @achaikou
Other user of Cypress have experienced similar problems and opened ticket, registered our observations in ticket:
cypress-io/cypress#18740

Tried different levels of video compression -- still not working. With the highest level of video compression at 51 the tests

Issue with running Cypress > 8.4 on Ubuntu-20.04 in Azure CI. This is a know issue with multiple report of issues on both Azure and CircleCI, so I suggest we leave it at version 8.4 for now.
