As I was migrating browsers, I noticed that Radix Web Console was empty when I logged in.
This seems to be due to the Radix Web Console prefer cache state over anything else.
Refreshing the page did not present me with the application list.
Clicking the "Refresh list" button would show my available applications, but I think this shouldn't be necessary, at least not on the very first login where the cache might not have been initialized.
The preferred behavior as a user would have the page refresh also refresh the application list.
As this may not be preferred by the development team due to performance issues, a secondary solution would be to refresh the list when the cache (most likely the "knownApplications" key) is not initialized.
