Add grid plotting feature for xsectplot

xsctplot provide a really nice way of plotting but currently it's missing the feature to plot grid cells and their properties. It will be great if this is implemented. I see that there is already the implementation for the feature but app.load_grid() was commented out prior to this PR 8171e6a
