I want to add more detailed demos for:

all data reading options
accessing header values with the header dictionary
other new conveniences (hdr dict, axes dict, planned volume reads)
exploring and manipulating data
writing data (once jsFileWriter has been SWIGged)

I want these to be Jupyter notebooks like this one.
