Pause jobs by pahase

*** Pause jobs by a phase state ***

Would be nice to have a pause command for all jobs which are in the phase x:x ( for example 3:6)
Nice to have when you can switch destination drive when it's approaching full
Currently I have to check what jobs are in 3:6 phase and pause them all let 4:0 to finish switch destination and resume
Not a big deal and I actually have workaround by having many destinations but could be nice to have feature.
