xenos' wwiv utilities
this set of utilities is written just for fun and for me to learn how to write rudimentary c/c++ and python programs. they happen to work for me.
i am just starting to help out in the development of WWIV v5.00 bbs (https://github.com/wwivbbs/wwiv) and i'm having a blast.

- added wwivcat.cpp - wwivcat will display a file with wwiv color codes

- added xwibbslastcaller.py and ibbs-extract3 which add InterBBS LastCaller capabilities to WWIV5.
