If I remember right, I created separate issues here (and on BPO if missing) for each of the problems that Graham and others told be about. Otherwise, the best record I have is in the "old notes" page in the wiki.

Keep in mind that this issue is about identifying any problems that we don't already know about. I'm sure there are some, but without help we'll have a hard time finding them (before it's much more painful).

I'll review what's in the notes, and try to look around and get info from Graham as well. Still worth linking issues, just for the record 😉
