[regression in 3.0.0] include files and cmake files aren't installed #875

2.x installed these cmake files:

lib/cmake/box2d/box2dConfig-%%CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE%%.cmake
lib/cmake/box2d/box2dConfig.cmake
lib/cmake/box2d/box2dConfigVersion.cmake

3.0.0 doesn't install them.
This is likely to break dependencies that rely on these cmake files.
