Describe the bug.

The last run pipeline has a failing workflow for testing Ersilia installation in MacOS and Ubuntu. This is happening because MacOS runner images stopped being shipped with Miniconda, which our workflow relies on. There is no plan from the devs to add Miniconda back to these images. We will need to either install it ourselves or better yet, use a marketplace action such as this.
