- --server-flavor-id (OS_SERVER_FLAVOR_ID) is no longer required as it's generated from the name in the provided openstack config.
- It is now presumed that the network and server flavor provided for the openstack config is now what will be used in the scanning instance. All resources will be deleted at the end of the run.
