A mixed between #54/#55 (because is dimensionless) and #74.

Once #74 is fixed we can add to the mappings something like this:

sisnconc:
    "%": 1e2 <unit> <unit>-1

mandresm assigned pgierz, siligam, chrisdane, christian-stepanek and mandresm

mandresm added the backend label

mandresm added this to the Release milestone
