  1. Add mrs:DataCollectionService and mrs:DataCollector
  2. Change literal property mrs:capability and mrs:measurement into full Resource (mrs:NetworkCapability and mrs:NetworkMeasurement as subclass of NetworkObject). It allows use of mrs:type, mrs:value to defining different types.
  3. Add mrs:default_value string literal (useful for mrs:NetworkCapability)
