Discovered Divide by zero while setting up deep sleep on devices with PMU (IDFGH-11574) espressif/esp-idf#12695 during debugging.
• Remove SpiBusDevice and SpiBusController esp-hal#978 - we should reduce the HAL's API surface where the same functionality is available via other crates

esp-wifi

• Update dependencies, port to portable-atomic esp-wifi-sys#342 - hopefully no more code-breaking issues around atomic load/store/CAS in esp-wifi

• Figure out if portable-atomic and the trap handler can coexist esp-hal#965 TL;DR: no, they can't.
  • We've decided to remove the trap handler completely, relying on portable-atomic solely.
  • We backported a fix to heapless Backport xtensa cas polyfil and bump to 0.7.17 rust-embedded/heapless#423 so that 0.7 versions of heapless work on xtensa
• Completely remove atomic emulation esp-hal#985
