compiling for esp32C3 Soc version 0.2

I would like to load the esp-at on older virions soc (0.2), is esp-at compatible with this old SOC?

I tried to compile the code tage "V2.3.0.0_esp32_c3" but had problems configuring and compiling the code.
I cloned the and switch to the correct branch, but it generates error when switching the chip to esp32c3.
Also, it generates errors when trying to get into the menuconfig to set the correct SoC version.
I am guessing that it may be compatibility with toolset (cmake, python,..) that I need to set to compile correctly, but which version is supposed to be used with this version?

i would like to suggest to use new v1.1 (eco7) for new design or test.
