Does MQTT support MQTT 5.0 and MQTT 3.1.1

hi @yplwrt , the default firmware supports MQTT 3.1.1. If you want to support MQTT 5.0, you can enable it in menuconfig.

python build.py menuconfig > Component config > ESP-MQTT Configurations > Enable MQTT protocol 5.0
