Add support for installing custom build of Rust with LLVM / Clang for Xtensa toolchain - chips ESP32 and ESP32-S Series.

Just to mention that Rust installation is not really working on Mac yet. (The 'esp' toolchain does not get installed at all).

Confirmed. There is a bug in macOS x86_64 installation.
Workaround: use installer - https://github.com/esp-rs/rust-build/blob/main/install-rust-toolchain.sh
