i tried the scheduling feature with a Schlage BE469 and it did not work.
So I bought the Kwikset 910 which is on the list of locks that work with the app
but i still cannot get the scheduling to work.

Is there a trick to it?

thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Greetings,
My apologies that this is so late.

So that I can help you, can you give me an example of what didn't work?

How did you want your schedule to look?

I'll try to replicate your issue in my home and if it doesn't work, I can make a fix. If it DOES work, I'll let you know how I did it.

The situarion is I need to grant 8 people access to the lock Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 5:30 pm. The lock will accept the codes via the app, the assigned codes will lock and unlock the lock, also the "one time use" feature works, and I can change the name assigned to the code. None of the scheduling works. I've worked on it for weeks now. No matter what the schedule is, the codes continue to operate the lock without regard to the set schesule

Okay, I'll set that up in my home and see if I can come up with anything. Might not be until this weekend though since I'm busy with work. I'll keep you posted.
