An iframe-embedded etherpad loads forever in firefox while it works on its own. The Site works in Chromium. I can reproduce the problem with Firefox 12 and 15a1. I'm using the latest etherpad-lite master branch from github as of today.

The pad in question:

I cannot reproduce with Firefox 12. Works fine for me, even the "typeset" button.
user agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0

edit:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0 works as well.

Doesn't work with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0!
Firebug says something about a NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://lostpads.de/socket.io/1/?t=1339441169773...

Standalone works, of course.

@geier Which git version are you running? Do you have access to the server logs? (There's probably some handshake error. It would be interesting to know what causes that...)

I'm using 4ca01ba, but actually, with the latest Firefox (15.0) it works again. But I also recently updated the apache in front of etherpad. There are several occurences of
[Mon Jul 09 13:19:30 2012] [error] proxy: HTTP: disabled connection for (localhost)
in the logs.

But I guess since the same etherpad version now works, this is really not an etherpad bug and this issue can be closed.
