Tags not updating in the list view on edit #30

Description

On editing a Tag the change is not reflected on the list view. However, it shows on clearing the Control Panel cache.

Usage Example:

Steps:

Go to the Tags plugin and edit any tag.
Save the tag and check in the list view.

Expected Output:

The updated tag should show in the list view.

Actual Output:

The old tag will show in the list view.
The updated tag will show on checking the detail view.
An updated tag will show on clearing the Control Panel cache.
