Working Group to research the need for a legal entity and legal protections in funding governance. The output will be an MD file, and possibly modifications to the principles guiding the work on governance.

This involves looking into cases in the community:

  • EF's Stiftung and other EF-related legal entities
  • How ConsenSys, Aragon, Status are structured
  • Problems that have emerged w/ risks of lawsuits and prosecution
