As per forum thread, I have setup pretix and configured it for "manual" payment. When the event goes live, it will be here --> https://pretix.eu/ethmagicians/councilofparis2019/

Looks like @markoprljic is going to help -- thank you! I sent him email access.

I added questions, and it could use more text tweaking and more people testing it, but I'm going to call this done for now.

We can promote the registration link as of now.
