Brief Description of the Docs Request

On the "Differences between Ethereum and OP Stack Chains" update the "EIP-1559" section with post holocene info.

Description of the Documentation You'd Like

Post Holocene hardfork anyone can look up a chain's EIP-1559 parameters on the L1 via that chain's SystemConfig contract.
