Dev Console: Login & Profile

We need to ensure our login flow creates a user profile that can store a user's API key for access to the faucet and potentially other services we offer in the future.

Requirements (from Dev Console PRD):

• User should be required to first connect a wallet to the console for authentication
• Connection session should persist even after closing the window when user returns
• User should be required to sign a message authorizing access to their profile
• Once connected, user should have access to profile where they can configure the rest of their information (aligned to retrofunding)
• User should also have access to disconnect existing wallet
• User Profile
• User should be able to connect farcasterID
• If user has existing retrofunding login, this information should be automatically fetched
• If not, then fields relevant to retrofunding should be able to be shown via an expandable section
• If user has connected from wallet that already has verified RPGF profile, should be able to bring this in without FID

I dont think this should be blocked by API Key - think we should be able to do the MVP work here to cleanup the wallet connect and profile.
