Bug Description
Found when integrating this endpoint on sepolia.

KnownAccounts does not use the custom ser pathway due to the pointer receiver in op-geth. Fix is in ethereum-optimism/op-geth#414.

With the pointer receiver it would json encode the struct by key and not call MarshalJSON
