discv5 development update:

  • The spec is 95% done.
  • Go implementation is WIP but most things work already.

Please check out the spec if interested and raise issues on the devp2p tracker. See the Discovery v5 milestone for remaining issues.

@djrtwo you asked to share our Incremental Tree Hash experience: here is the corresponding PR harmony-dev/beacon-chain-java#115
It's pretty huge in terms of code, but I've added short description with key classes references to the PR description.
