Creating a dropdown list for docs

Describe the solution you'd like

We can have a dropdown instead.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Information overload can be a problem for the user unable to search what exactly he wants. This information can be hidden at beginning and can be displayed on clicking on a particular component. Dropdowns can avoid cluttering and overall the ui looks much more clean and concise.

I would like to work on this issue. Please assign me.

Hey @rohan9024, thanks for the suggestion. Apologies for the delay here.

@konopkja @nloureiro Do we have anything in the DS for comparison a list? This would be a bit different than an accordion.

It's worth noting that automatically collapsing content means the user must interact with something to see that content, which adds friction. I'd be okay with just leaving this as-is.

this is an MD page. Either we do a costume component or think this for all

On the DS we haven't done MD base styling besides heading.

I've tested on the dev tools to increase the margin-bottom of the

tag, and helps. might be a simple solution but we should test the implications on other pages

Overall I would push back against this suggestion. I think leaving this is fine personally. The whole point of this page is to serve as a bit of a directory, so taking the hit on SEO potentially, as well as hiding content on a directory page seems like a bit of an anti-pattern in this case IMO.
