Add a Call To Action to Ethereum Ecosystem

Currently, visitors to https://ethereum.org/en/dapps/ may not be aware of the expansive list of dApps available on Ethereum and its Layer 2s. I find it limiting that users aren't guided to resource(s) that showcase the full range of available applications.

Describe the solution you'd like

I propose adding a new CTA that directs users to the 'Ethereum Ecosystem' page. This page features over 1000 dApps across Ethereum and its Layer 2 networks, such as Optimism, Base, and Starknet.

Additional context

'Ethereum Ecosystem' has received financial support from the Optimism collective during grant season 4 and RetroPGF3, emphasizing its significance and community trust. It's also being listed by Starknet here.

By featuring it more prominently, we can ensure it gets the attention it deserves and can be utilized by more users.

Hey @Maxservais, appreciate the suggestion... You mention a "call to action", how did you image this being placed on the /dapps page?

I'm not against this, but for the sake a pluralism, curious if you or anyone knows any other comparable sites we could list in a similar manner?

Only other thing I'm thinking right now, we would likely want to include a clear disclaimer that this is a resource external to ethereum.org... Would suggest this either way, but also noticed the shared/similar branding in some areas, ie the home icon being used and the Twitter branding (using the hero image from the ethereum.org homepage)... I don't really see that as a problem, but just want to make sure we're clear for our users.

Thank you for the feedback.

1. I'm aware of DeFiLlama and DappRadar; however, they're broader in scope. Our intention is to provide a more Ethereum-focused resource.

2. The similar branding is deliberate for a cohesive user experience, and we're careful to clarify our unofficial status (on our website and twitter).

3. Inspired by the L2Beat CTA on ethereum.org's Layer 2 overview, I was aiming for similar visibility for Ethereum Ecosystem on the dApps page.
