The contributor modals in translated pages display incorrect url.

To reproduce

1. Go to 'https://ethereum.org/zh/developers/docs/storage/'
2. Click on '查看贡献者'
3. See error

Expected behavior

This url should be either a crowdin profile link or a correct github profile link ('https://crowdin.com/profile/rielychen' or 'https://github.com/Riely007' in this case).
