@greenlucid thanks! Will add it to the agenda, but just to set expectations based on the contents #519 we have repeatedly made a call to not include any other EIP alongside The Merge, so I don't think this can happen.

Also, we've paused inclusion discussions for Shanghai until we're a bit farther ahead in the merge work. That said, we can still discuss the EIP on a call to provide feedback about the idea. This way, if there is appetite for it in Shanghai, you would have sufficient time to make any required changes.

If we have time, for EIP-5081 the specific early question I have for the participants is: How do we avoid Denial of Service attack as https://ethereum-magicians.org/t/eip-5081-expirable-transaction/9208/6 when introducing expre_by Hopefully adding this details help participants prepare for answering my question / providing feedback. If we couldn't get time to cover it, we can bump it to next meeting's agenda, no problem at all

I would propose to have a brief discussion on "Whether 0x01 withdrawal credentials initiated exits should be added to Shanghai along with the withdrawals" (regarding post) if have time.
