Retesteth needs a default/genesis config in client folder #222

If there is no default/genesis folder in the clients folder, retesteth will not start (even if one supplies --clients "ethereumjs" for instance) and complain (for each test folder:)

fatal error: in "GeneralStateTests/Cancun/stEIP4844-blobtransactions": test::EthError: Error initializing configs: default/genesis client config not found!

there must always be default/genesis unless you want to rewrite it you can create a custom version in ethereumjs/genesis
