Add browser tests

With droping of Jest the browser tests were also removed. Although there is great tool playwright-test that works with Mocha (and few other test runners) that can basically execute the tests in browser and hence have isomorphic tests (see my old issue #197). It needs though to tweak bundling configuration, which I have started to do in branch test/browser-tests but unfortunately did not finish.
