Set up a testnet node, did not connect to peers.
Note! This was a totally new ec2 instance and i had not uncommented the config so it was using the default config
Fresh ubuntu install, install using deb packages, default config is for mainnet bootnodes.
## initial nodes to connect to (default [/dnsaddr/bootnode.ethswarm.org]) bootnode: [/dnsaddr/bootnode.ethswarm.org]
Should use testnet bootnodes by default.
Bootnodes do connect.
