Automate deployment and maintenance of CLI documentation

Purpose: To make creation and maintenance of our CLI documentation easier, we should look to ensure that there's an easy and automated way to keep the documentation up to date.

Task: Similar to #91 (which addressed automated deployment of API docs) but for CLI documentation
