Exectuable bit is set on distributed files #19

These files have the executable bit set.

scripts/travis-doc-upload.cfg
src/lib.rs
src/metrics.rs

Strangely, there is no problem on the github repo, it is only on the crate distributed on https://crates.io

Could you fix this please?
