Currently all users (dealers, shares and assistants alike) get this text on the page where they fill out/update ther registraiton

"Update your application. Please fill out this application form to apply for a Dealership at the Dealers' dDen. You may edit your pplication at any time before ..."

All of them should have a seperate text, depending on the role they apply for.
