Add a way for users to configure EvilMusic. Some potential choices are:

  • .evilmusic file in the user's home directory.
  • evilmusic.properties file in the .evilmusic directory in the user's home directory.
    • This solution will probably be necessary because the Derby database can go in this directory (by default) too.

The user should NOT have to make changes to files in the /src/main/resources directory.
