[Feature] Option on host.yaml to set game settings ini automatically for patched iso

Think an option in the host.yaml to copy a game config ini to use with current patched iso would be nice if possible.
Something like GameINI= 'C:\Users\JacobMIX\Documents\PCSX2\gamesettings\SCUS-97268-38996035.ini'
Would try to make copy of that ini to the same directory but with SCUS-97268-<Patched_ISO_CRC>.ini?
At least until a feature to set game settings is added officially: PCSX2/pcsx2#12244
I couldn't figure out how to get CRC correctly when i tried. But maybe you know more.
(This would create a lot of inis over time. But users should know they can manually clear them if they use this setting)
