Installing from npm does not work

It currently does not work to install the plugin from npm and build for iOS.

This is because that when installing the plugin from npm symbolic links used by the Estimote iOS library are not present (npm removes symbolic links).

So this does NOT work (fetches plugin from npm):

cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-estimote

It however works to add the plugin from GitHub:

cordova plugin add https://github.com/evothings/phonegap-estimotebeacons

As a workaround until this problem is fixed, it is suggested to add the plugin from GitHub.
