只有文件夹，是改了吗？还是我的操作不对？

先进入phpStrom 按照目录\lib 复制resources_en.jar 重命名为resources_en.jar
使用解压工具打开这个jar文件，使用github下载的zip文件里面的resources_en内容替换掉里面的所有文件，并保存，重启phpstorm
