As a UIP widget user, I want to be able to get the same code state as it was in the current widget.

It is proposed to periodically cache the editor state to save the current state in association with the chosen widget (uip-root).
A cache should have normal caching time (1h - 1 day).
The cached state has a priority over the initially defined active state but does not have priority over reaching an exactly defined different snippet. (It is discussable how to handle that - e.g. by storing the initial snippet name or by clearing the anchor of the changed snippet sample)

Priority: Minor
