Unable to play SP/DP when selecting '9key' Music Select mode (and the other way round)

I have encountered the following behaviour which is probably not intended:

1. Go to the key setup menu (6)
2. Select the popn Music Select mode (1)
3. Go back to the music selection
4. Play an SP or DP chart

Assuming the keys for SP/DP are binded, I would expect to be able to play that chart. However, no input is registered.
This also works the other way round, selecting SP/DP Music Select mode and playing a PMS chart.

I'm using a Pop'n ASC for 9key and FP7s for SP/DP.
Versions tested: 0.8.3 and 0.8.4.

Reproduced and fixed in a PR - #705. Depending on song select input option chosen all other keys were essentially disabled and not processed.
