[Feature Request] Pitch, Frequency and Tempo options like in Lunatic Rave 2 #843

I'd like to have pitch, frequency and tempo options like in Lunatic Rave 2, with the score being saved exactly like in that game.

For now some of those options are in practice mode only, so let's add that into the gameplay as well.

Tempo practice without changing pitch in practice mode, could also help for 24/48K mode.
