Feature Request : Save Freeze Frame to File

G'day, I always used to use the Screenshot Filter plugin, which hasn't been updated in 7 months and doesn't seem to work anymore,
I was wondering if you could add the ability to save the screen to a file, as I like to use the saved frame in another scene and then transition to it.

As the Freezing and Unfreezing is instant and slightly Jarring, whereas a transition can make that look a little nicer.
So if you could save to single file, It's as easy as that.. then we can use that file as a source elsewhere.

If you don't want to, that's 100% cool, Just thought I'd ask as I'll be using Freeze Frame until Screenshot gets sorted again.
