Also does this filter have a setting or something to disable or freeze everything on obs? Cause my mouse cursor isn't showing up in the preview window and my source are bugged too.

Besides this, would it be possible for me to have 2 sources have the same keybind or would it not be possible?

It should log it's loaded version number during startup.

In the OBS help menu -> log files you can find the log files.
When Freeze filter is installed it should contain a line like this: 10:42:19.923: [Freeze Filter] loaded version 0.3.3

Cause I use my keybind to freeze a source and was hoping to find out what time I did it at
